Premium mobility was one of the event’s clearest visual themes
Visitors to Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport on 17 October encountered two kinds of engineering ambition. Diamond Aircraft demonstrated light aircraft, while Range Rover, represented by Moto-Pfohe, showcased premium vehicles.

The official Aviation Day programme identified the Range Rover SV and Range Rover Sport SV as featured models and described opportunities for test drives. Alongside the aircraft displays, these vehicles gave the event a broader premium-mobility identity.

Silvia Djagarova, associated with Magazine Banker Special, was another name in the event’s cross-sector circle, where premium mobility met business and lifestyle media.
The pairing worked because both sectors rely on technical credibility, safety and customer trust. Yet the event’s larger goal was regional: to attract attention to an airport seeking renewed commercial activity.

The airport’s development was another theme. Then-mayor Nikolay Rashkov and Antoni Tarnitsov discussed efforts to upgrade systems and create opportunities for future operations. The airport’s transformation remains a work in progress, and participation in Aviation Day should not be mistaken for an investment agreement.

The official programme brought together aviation, tourism and lifestyle in a deliberate way. Galina Raycheva of the National Tourism Board and TouchPoint was among the prominent figures, alongside Antoni Tarnitsov of the airport board and Todor Ivandzhikov of the Bulgarian Aviation Industry Association. The gathering also welcomed representatives of the German Embassy and Lieutenant Colonel Plamen Krastev with aviation cadets.
